Academia™ Higher Institution Management System (Academia™) is the very first and only end-to-end information management system for tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
The system manages all processes from admissions through registration and learning and to graduation. All information relating to staff and students is stored on the system and allows for a single report generation interface with all information on the University.
Designed and developed as a radical ICT project between introIT Consulting and the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, the Academia™ project will significantly enhance administration of learning and by extension improve the standard of education within the University and in other institutions who adopt the system.
The system automatically collates and computes results at the end of every semester while ensuring that only registered students receive results. Transcripts and other academic related information is available to all students at the end of every session.
Reports on students performance, staff performance, student – staff ratio and other information enable management take informed decisions on running the University.
